Who can take part?
The programme is addressed to students of the last four terms of the 1st and 2nd degree studies at the Warsaw University Technology (including foreign students), interested in developing managerial, personal and social competencies.

Framework study programme:
Module I – ‘Personal Development and Leadership’ – the module focuses on developing personal skills and social competencies.
Module II – ‘Business Management’ – the module comprises a set of courses to help understand key areas of the companies’ functioning, in particular economy, marketing and sales, with special attention given to digital and social media marketing, development of technology, understanding finances and accountancy, strategies and global markets.
Module III – ‘Business in Action’ – the module integrates knowledge of modules I & II, helping attendants build up skills in introducing a new company on the market, project management, teambuilding and teamwork planning.
Module IV – ‘Project Seminars and Project Development – Attendants work in groups of 3-5 under the guidance of instructors – professionals to propose, prepare and present a start-up project to be implemented in a business environment or to deliver a complex analysis of a specific market or business problem.
