Aureliusz Leżeński

Professional experience:

Aureliusz Leżeński graduated from the University of Warsaw. After graduation, he worked at the Polish Academy of Sciences. He completed a course at the INSEAD European Business School near Paris. Accredited coach, mentor and examiner of Noble Manhattan Coaching at all NMC courses. In addition, he is also certified as ICC coach (International Coaching Community). He also completed the NLP Practitioner and Master of NLP courses.

Currently, he is a lecturer at post-graduate studies at SWPS and Laboratorium Psychoedukacji  on coaching in organizations. In 2007 he became a member of the ASHOKA social innovators’ association. He is the president of the Robinson Crusoe Foundation. In the years 1998-2004 he was the plenipotentiary of the board for training and human resources development in the EMPIK company. He worked at Janssen Cilag, where he dealt with coaching graphics and HR projects. He was HR consultant for McCann Ericcson and Generali. They run projects in the field of executive coaching for managerial staff and board members, including: Universal McCann Poland, Lafarge, Learning Systems Poland, Bestseller, Generali, Mediaage, TP SA. For MAKRO Polska – over 40 managers participate in coaching at one time. He has completed HR projects and training, among others for: HSBC, POLKOMTEL, Pliva, Polpharma, Generali, Intendis, BLStream, BZWBK, ABB. In this he specializes in business, its presentation, creativity, commercial coaching, efficiency management, dynamics and development for the team.
