At the Business School, he supervises the Personal Development Program in the MBA and Executive MBA majors, designs and conducts programs in the area of developing managerial competences – motivating and engaging employees, communication, conflict resolution, building a professional position and the proprietary social innovation program „Social Impact Lab”, in within which it cooperates with leading non-governmental organizations.
Anna Radzikowska started her career at Daewoo, where she participated in key transformation processes and restructuring for almost 10 years. Then she invested in her own business and ran a chain of cafes for 15 years, managing a team of over 30 people. Since 2016, she has been involved in business coaching and training in the area of leadership and supports leaders in effective self and people management based on the human centered leadership model. She designs, supervises and implements leadership development programs with particular emphasis on the development of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, communication, inclusivity, the ability to engage and motivate people, and team management. He conducts workshops for managers in organizations from industries such as consulting, energy, IT, services, FMCG, pharmacy, fintech, banking, construction, and automotive. She has over 500 hours of individual sessions with managers and managers behind her. She is a mentor and mentoring trainer in acceleration programs for women. It is directly involved and investing in projects that respect human rights, support cultural diversity and eliminate social differences, including equal opportunities for women on the labor market, foster parenthood and Polish-Jewish dialogue.
