For 15 years he was associated with Hewitt Associates, then Aon Hewitt, where in 2005 he became Managing Director and member of the board responsible for the development of the Polish market. He successfully transformed the company by increasing turnover seven times and improved the company’s profitability by introducing the “Best Employers” employee engagement survey. For the past 4 years, as a Partner at Aon Hewitt, he has been developing the European Talent Practice, leading the advisory and analytical team in the UK, Germany and in the Central and Eastern Europe.
A recognized, long time lecturer of strategic management of the Executive MBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He is also a mentor of the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland programme for start-ups in the “Health” path. He works closely with the Alfabeat Venture Capital Fund, mainly by supporting the strategic analysis of projects which the Fund is interested in.
