Professional experience:

Entrepreneur and business consultant. He has nearly 23 years of experience in the field of strategic consulting and HR gained in the companies such as Bossard Consultants, Gemini Consulting, Cap Gemini. For 15 years he was associated with Hewitt Associates, then Aon Hewitt, where in 2005 he became Managing Director and member of the board responsible for the development of the Polish market. He successfully transformed the company by increasing turnover seven times and improved the company’s profitability by introducing the “Best Employers” employee engagement survey. For the past 4 years, as a Partner at Aon Hewitt, he has been developing the European Talent Practice, leading the advisory and analytical team in the UK, Germany and in the Central and Eastern Europe.

A recognized, long time lecturer of strategic management of the Executive MBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He is also a mentor of the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland programme for start-ups in the “Health” path. He works closely with the Alfabeat Venture Capital Fund, mainly by supporting the strategic analysis of projects which the Fund is interested in.

Co-founder of nuChapter – a company that offers a unique on the Polish market study of a lifestyle using advanced technology and algorithms for measuring heart rhythm. The company’s mission is to inspire people to change their habits in order to improve their quality of life and work, as well as their personal effectiveness.

An enthusiast of new technologies in medicine. For many years he has been working closely with the owners and the board of Adamed, including acting as an independent member of the supervisory board in Silvermedia S.A., a subsidiary of Adamed, which developes IT technologies in the field of telemedicine.
